Though this outfit has been more or less like my uniform lately and there's nothing that exciting or new about it, I had to post the photo because of the talented woman who shot it one rainy afternoon. She has the amazing skill of making me look good even when I do not.

Since the weather was treating us very well today here in Helsinki I chose to wear my golden frills with a dark (and thin, was about time!!) denim jacket and a new detail, my second watch from Daniel Wellington. The old one that I got from them over a year ago was already starting to look very worn out.

To buy or not to buy, that is the question. For me 370€ sounds a bit pricey for a pair that would be totally worn out after this summer. 
But then again, a whole summer with these would obviously be a super stylish one.

FINNISH FASHION: SATU MAARANEN

The third Finnish fashion post is about Satu Maaranen, a finnish designer who studied fashion at Aalto University in Helsinki and won the first prize at Hyères International Festival of Fashion and Photography in 2013 with her incredible collection inspired by landscapes. She also has worked for both Finnish and international fashion brands, such as Marimekko.

Let the clothes speak for themselves because I have no words big enough to describe these beauties. The prints are like paintings which I could have kept hanging in our hallway forever.
Just wishing I wouldn't have to return them.
