Stylein started the whole Stockholm fashion week for me and oh boy the way they did it. V-necks, beautiful flower embroideries and leather. I also love how the focus is taken to the waistline with the belts and cuts. Very feminine and sophisticated. Would be easy to spice up a little with scarves for example.

FINNISH FASHION: TURO

So it is time for this month's Finnish fashion post.
 And since I didn't get enough of men's clothing in June when we shot some Rolf Ekroth goodies, I decided to dress myself as a guy again. This time in suits by the biggest manufacturer in the Nordic countries, Turo.
Turo started as a men's clothing label in 1938 but ended up specializing in suits. Timeless, high-quality and easy to wear, they say. And from what I've heard - a good quality-price ratio. Sounds good to me.
I fell for the oversized and boxy boyfriend fit of these jackets, especially the shiny black one. Would work really well with a slip dress.

Even though my photos have started to be more and more editorial style (thanks to my amazing photographers), it would be nice to do something extra special every now and then. So, I started a new project. 
Like my monthly Finnish fashion posts wouldn't be enough, a new editorial will be up every new season starting from this fall. It will be exciting to challenge myself some more in both styling and modelling. Hope you like this idea!

This was my outfit for saturday at Flow Festival. All Zara, oops. I'm usually not that kind of girl who wears the same brand from head to toe but..  
And what a weekend it was. I was there for two days instead of three because of work but that was fine. Lived the whole festival experience in two days anyway. Now I'm struggling with some kind of post festival blues.

My first pair of ankle boots for this fall had to be these red ones. I don't know if you have noticed but almost all of my shoes, especially the ankle boots, are from Zara. They fit me like a glove and are so easy to walk in.

I'm having some kind of a red phase. Just loving everything in red. Warn me when it's getting out of hand, please?

Been going through my wardrobe again but this time because of the upcoming Flow Festival, where more is defnitely more and you just can't be overdressed. Good thing is I will be there for only two days, so two killer outfits will be just enough. My weekend will be full of amazing people, food and music. And of course some great parties. Can't wait.
